We arranged care for our 2 Russian Blue cats with Clare while we were away on holiday. Clare met us to go through the arrangements and introduce us to Emma who would be coming in. Clare is friendly and professional and is very passionate about pets. While we were away Emma kept us posted on how they were doing and sent photos. She really seems to genuinely care about our cats and looked after and pampered them. We had never previously left the cats and were worried how they would be but with Clare and Emma we need not have worried both cats were happy,healthy and well fed. Pinks Pet Sitters was a gem of a find. I’ve not used a professional cat sitter before but I would use Pinks Pet Sitters every time I go away. Clare looked after my cat brilliantly. Summer is normally a real scary cat but took to Clare very quickly. I was away for a week. In that time Clare sent numerous pictures of Summer as well as a video! Clare, from Pinks Pet Sitters, has been our pet sitter for the past year whenever we are on holiday. She watches our cat Shazam. This is the beloved "brother cat" for our only child and we wouldn't just leave him with any body! Shazam is normally very weary of new people and I warned Clare that he may hide whenever she came over. Turns out Clare has a hidden talent as "cat whisperer" and Shazam came to see her immediately! I was shocked, and so happy that he came to greet her, play, and get treats! She has watched Shazam at least 5 times. Each time, she comes over twice a day, and this really helps Shazam not feel lonely while we are away. Clare always leaves a nice note about each visit, and how things were going. We cannot recommend the Pinks team highly enough for how they care for our puppy. They have helped look after him for us since he was 8 weeks old and we wouldn't trust anyone else with him. I couldn't find better persons to look after my 2 boys especially considering that one of the 2 is also a bit difficult. I would highly recommend this Company for their professionalism, expertise and seriousness . Clare and Jane were lovely and caring, very careful to all details /aspects to make sure that the health and safety of my 2 dogs were fully covered. We’ve used Pet Sitters now for the past 2 months and they have been fantastic! Me and my other half are both nurses and work random shifts. They are flexible on dates (in advance), really approachable, fantastic with our Husky (and even clean up if we have any accidents in the house... sorry!). A service that I would have used had it been local to me to ensure my pets were safe and happy while I was away or at work. Having pets is wonderful but life means we all have to work or take breaks.
