I visited Mel this month prior to going away on holiday. I live in Wiltshire but was visiting family in Usk prior!

Being in the industry myself I very rarely go to other salons but due to waiting an operation I thought I would treat myself.

I really recommend Perfect Image, I was made to feel really welcome, the place was spotless and I received great service. Don’t be put off going here if you’ve never been, it was a really warm welcome.

My family have been visiting Mel and the girls for a long time. I’ve grown up with the Perfect Image team. And still every visit is special, the team make customers feel like family and that the shop is a safe place to relax and enjoy yourself.
Most of all I trust Mel and the team to always do their best by me, not by only using the best products but by being honest and not just doing it for a quick buck.
Mel was there teaching me how to use make up properly to compliment my complexion, there to pierce my ears for the first time and was there to take my booking for my wedding beauty treatments.
I have complete faith in the team, and will go on using them for all of my health and beauty needs.

It might be that I’ve known her for more years than either of us would want to admit to, but she never changes - expert at her job, knows the true meaning of great customer service and is as honest as the day is long. Mel did my HD brows months ago and what a lovely person she is and a great job she did.

I then returned for a full leg wax by one of the other girls, again such a warm welcome and such a professional attitude talking me through step by step on what she was doing.

I previously went to complexion medi spa as Perfect Image were fully booked at the time (not hard to see why)

Complexion medi spa were horrific. I had skin ripped off my legs leaving them red raw from what was supposed to be a full leg wax. Loads of hair had not been waxed off, tonnes of wax was still left on my legs and on top the owner Claire has a stinking attitude and didn't want to fix the problem after the manager offered me complementary service they then both said I had to pay and did not honour that complementary service ��� Unprofessional Bitchy Staff Avoid at all Costs.
