I attended the course at the theatre with many of our volunteers. It was an excellent day which catered for all the volunreers present. Thoroughly enjoyed my first aid at work course today at the Hope centre in Newport. Thank you to tutor Michelle G. she was so friendly, enthusiastic and energetic! She made it easy and fun to learn. I passed full marks 20/20! Cheers! Pints on me today! I also did a mental health awareness course a few weeks ago with Craig, he was fantastic too. Very informative and interesting. More people should have access to this last course, to educate themselves and understand about Mental Health in order to help themselves and others affected from this disability. Over the years I've had several F A courses and refreshers but have to say this was the best programme to date.Mike Pratt ( a Welsh ex Fire Serviceman) was our trainer. He made the group of 14 feel at ease & engaged.His delivery was real but fun and kept everyone's attention and interest. There was lots of ongoing verbal tests to refresh along the way.It didn't drag on which was good.Our trainer Mike, moved quickly and smoothly from one topic to the next.I've been in sessions with other companies where ive almost dozed off duly because the trainer hasn't delivered the course with their own 'sparkle or dynamic', therefore losing my attention and it resulting in me forgetting certain elements sadly.I speak on behalf of my team of first aiders at Denbies Wine Estate in Surrey, when I say thank you for taking time to educate us in something so important.I hope this review will help other companies to choose a valuable first aid training company.ThanksLiesa Hammond. I originally started my journey into self employment, purely looking for a lifestyle business that would fit around 2 young children. 12 years on and many accolades to my name I have become a very successful entrepreneur,
