What a wonderful company. Patrick W**t explained what work needed to be done. This included an issue with a soft spot in the roof another company missed totally. JJ kept us up to date and handled all my questions with her wonderful happy personality. She is so professional and knowledgable, it was a joy to work with her. Bo H*** had to give me bad news that there was more problems with the roof, but in a very nice way. He and his helper made the repair go smoothly. The gutters and gutter guards were put up so quickly, but they still had time to stop and show me the quality of the materials they use. That gave me a lot of confidence we were spending our money wisely. The years of experience at Deer Park Roofing I believe has everything to do with completing a project successfully for the home owner and company. I have had such a positive experience with Deer Park Roofing. Starting with the gentlemen who came out and explained in detail how the installation would go, to receiving my written proposal (which seemed to be a problem with other roofers) to everyone in the office with their communication letting me know everything that was going to take place and to the installers. It was a pleasure to work with Deer Park Roofing. The estimator did a great job explaining in detail how the job will be done. Office folks were professional and assisted well me in shingle color selection. After numerous weather delays, the job did was started and completed over a two-day period, to standards exactly as described by the estimator. Working crew was top notch too. In addition to Deer Park, I did speak to two other roofing companies for quotes. One company, who did a couple of quality roofing repairs for me in the past, totally priced themselves out of consideration. I highly recommend Deer Park Roofing. I have had them install a new roof and add a Leaf Relief gutter guard system. Recently had a downspout get clogged by a bird's nest. They came out removed the clog and addressed the problem. I was impressed with Sam the technician especially how he cleaned up at the end of the job and also with Matt the manager who followed up with a phone call the next day. I called Deer Park Roofing with a question about the rain drainage pattern into one of my gutters. Jack came out to inspect and after climbing up his ladder decided it wasn't a shingle problem rather a dirty gutter cap that was preventing a smooth surface for the rain water to enter the gutter. Then, Jack proceeded to clean the entire length of the gutter cap with ammonia water and a towel. While Deer Park roofing had installed a new roof nine years ago they didn't install the gutter system, so Jack went beyond what was expected. They did a great job installing our three skylights. You usually see not-quite-matching roof shingles around new skylights installed in existing roofs. I had a leak that was caused by rusting nails and flashing. An estimator checked the roof and told me what was needed as well as what was NOT needed, which was greatly appreciated since I thought I might need a new roof. ..he said it would be ok for a couple of years more! I wanted the job done quickly and they worked it in to their schedule, which was also appreciated. They roofers came when scheduled (they had to cancel the first time due to rain) and did a great job. They cleaned up afterward and let me know when they were done. It is going to rain today, so I'll see then if there are any issues with leaks, but I don't expect any problems! More...

DPR spent 3 days replacing cedar siding where raccoons and woodpeckers has assaulted our home. Did a great job and their crew was a pleasure to have on the job. Price was fair and competitive. Would recommend them to anyone. And BTW, they were recommended to us by one of their competitors who couldn't bid our job due to staffing. Deer Park Roofing was a fantastic company to work with. My home suffered wind damage on March 1st 2017. I called and had requested an inspection of my roof. My roof did have damage. My insurance wasn't helpful in the beginning but after persistence from myself and Deer Park, we managed to get things done. My beautiful, new roof was installed August 12th. One day job!!! After calling around to quote out a small job on a rental property I decided to use Deer Park roofing. My deciding factor was their great communication and Customer Service. I felt with the excellent Customer Service the actual work must be of the same quality. While rain did delay the job a couple of days I did get prompt communication that it would be delayed. Stan L**** and crew were exceptional from start to finish. Stan was always very helpful and courteous. While they took several days to complete the work because of weather, each day they worked on the roof, they cleaned up and left our place with no nails and no garbage. Deer Park Roofing did a wonderful job on my full roof replacement. They never tried to upcharge me and honored the quote. They were here every day for 5 days from 9am to 5pm . They disposed of the old shingles after the end of every workday. The installation of the new shingles, flashing, valleys, and ridge vents was professionally done. The crew working on the roof were professional and hard working. When I had a minor issue with a porch leak after the roof was done, they sent someone out immediately and it was fixed.
