We decided to replace the boiler with a modern design located in the garage. After discussing our requirements, Chris provided three price options with different manufacturer's and guarantee periods. Chris suggested a number of actions and equipment including a thorough system flushing/cleaning and fitting of a magnetic filter, which were advisable, in order to clean the system and to qualify for a better maufacturer's guarantee. Chris provided a professional service throughout the installation of the new boiler, pipework and flue with great attention to detail. We were delighted to obtain the seven year guarantee. We were recommended to use Chris from a friend. He was professional and reliable all through the process. We needed a replacement boiler and after discussing our requirements with Chris, he forwarded a choice of 5 options he believed were right for us. After making our choice he then commenced the fitting of the boiler, along with flushing out the system and installing a cleaning filter. He listened to my request of pipework positioning and placed them perfectly.He completed the job in the time frame quoted and left the area clean and tidy.
