My dog, Sage, adores coming here. I think she thinks she's got 2 homes! - she walks in and makes herself totally at home. Nikki first looked after Sage nearly a year ago for 3 nights and made her feel so comfortable and safe - not to mention the fun she has here . Nikki is so professional and genuinely cares for the dogs she looks after, like her own. When I drop her off I don't have to worry about my dog and am helped by the photos and videos Nikki sends throughout her stay - even if she just comes for the day.Your dog will be in capable, caring hands with Nikki and her family. Nikki is just fantastic ! We left our fur baby Bailey with Nikki for a week she put us totally at ease, sent daily updates and photos which was lovely as we knew Bailey was being looked after so well & more importantly was totally happy ! ! When I went to pick him up he would've quite happily stayed he was part of Nikki's family already ..... We've not left my Dog with anyone previously apart from close family. We were nervous leaving her for 7 days however Nikki put us totally at ease. Nikki was so reassuring when we made our booking and when we had a wobble before we got there she was very calming and understood our concerns and put our minds to rest. On arriving to drop Nellie off Nikki was hugely welcoming and when we realised we hadn't taken our dog food Nikki went the extra mile, sourcing Nellies special food. Nikki sent photos & video clips of Nellie - it was lovely to see her so relaxed and enjoying the other dogs company. Nellie was completely indulged and still got her snuggles on the sofa. Nikki did a fantastic job looking after both my dogs day and night for a week whilst we were on holiday.

I was very concerned that the dogs wouldn't settle with other dogs, but within minutes of arriving they were at ease. And five minutes after we had dropped them off we had a text to say they had been introduced to all the other dogs and they were fine.

Had texts/photo's/videos each day from Nikki to reassure us how they were doing. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be sending my dogs to her anytime we go away. Thanks again. More...

Nikki has looked after my little fur baby Lola a few times now and I can definitely highly recommend. I was quite anxious about how Lola would react with other dogs at first but my mind was soon put at ease. Nikki sends regular photos and text messages keeping me updated on how Lola is getting on and she always looks very well settled. I don't hesitate now that when Lola needs to be looked after Nikki is always the first port of call. If for any reason Nikki isnt available to have Lola she will go above and beyond to find Lola somewhere that she and I will be happy with� More...

Nikki looked after our puppy Olive whilst we went on holiday and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention she received. We had multiple messages and photos each day keeping us updated of Olive's activities and she absolutely loved being with all the other dogs, playing and going on long walks. I don't know what else Nikki did but when we got Olive home she was a much calmer dog with improved manners - no more jumping up and begging at the table at mealtimes! Nikki was recommended by friend. Honestly she is a life saver and somebody who loves dogs which is evident from the minute we dropped our dog Jack off . We were due to go on holiday and in the 24 hours before going the other boarder claimed to have to many dogs therefore Jack couldn't go, lucky for us Nikki was able to have our dog Jack for 9 days at the last minute. I have picked him up today and he is absolutely knackered. Everyday Nikki kept us up to date with pictures and text messages. Without Nikki I don't know what we would have done. My crazy gorgeous Labrador has been going to Nikki's for a few months now and I can honestly say I have never met anybody who does such an amazing job. From home boarding to day care, Nikki's fur babies have been nothing but fabulous! I am quite anxious about leaving my lab but with daily updates and pictures I get to see how much fun he is having! The work that Nikki does from big walks to training and most of all the love she gives them is just above and beyond! I wouldn't leave my lab with anyone else! Nikki was recommended to me in my hour of need. I can whole heartedly say that she is fantastic and a true dog lover. Nikki came to see me at home to meet Roger and we chatted about what services she offers and how best to get Roger settled. Nikki was able to look after Roger for us at short notice for 10 days and I got regular photos and messages that ensured me that he was happy and safe. Roger was able to make himself at home and I even wondered if he would want to come back. I will definitely be asking Nikki to have him again and will be highly recommending her to everyone. Nikki and her family have been amazing! We have a very nervous rescue called Laila who can find it hard to adjust to new places and people, but she was completely at ease. Laila took to her new environment immediately and has been happy at both daycare and when boarding, and she always comes back tired out! I couldn't recommend Nikki enough and know she will be my go to whenever we are away. Genuinely, if you need someone to look after your fur baby look no further! More...
