Mirrors Dance

Could not recommended the 7am Friday tone and stretch class more.
Perfect way to wake up for the weekend and as the sun rises too. Very magical morning moments, my body and joints are so thankful!

Through the pandemic Trudi and team have adapted so well in terms of moving classes to online.

I sit at a desk all week and am often slouched over decorating tiny details for my hobby so my back and shoulders always trouble me... This morning class wakes my body up and gives it the love it deserves.

Trudi gives options with moves to make sure you're not over doing it and can then work your way up. I find this perfect as I used to spend half my 'workout time" trawling the internet for a class at my level!
With autumn drawing in, it's lovely to join the class in the morning in the still dark and wake my body up as the sun wakes up too. I can't wait to advance to some of the harder positions!

I decided to start a new hobby at the beginning of the year (Jan 2017) and found Mirroa Dance to be my local dance classes. Turned up my first week and had a wonderful time. All the teachers are incredibly approachable and tailor they're approach to each dancers needs. I felt comfortable from the start and the class was a great success. You can dance with your one loved one all night or dance with other members of the class without pressure of either. This is great if you're a bit nervous about it all. I've been dancing with Trudi and her team at Mirrors dance for 3 years now and have come on leaps and bounds in my Latin and ballroom disciplines. Trudi makes learning fun and interesting and always choreographs such amazing class routines and personal choreography for exams is always top notch. She put you at ease from your first lesson and never makes you feel inadequate no matter how bad you are when you start out.
