Poor value for money and disrespectful replies to our comments.
We paid £250 for an end of tenancy cleaning and very quite disappointed with the overall work that has been done.
The carpet had some stains that were not cleaned thoroughly, the toilet had some marks under the water which were overlooked completely and the kitchen floor was seemingly not cleaned. These 3 issues were noted in the end-of-tenancy inventory report and we had complaints from the landlord. We expected something much better for the price we paid, mostly bearing in mind that the cleaning was done by 2 persons in only one and a half hours. Certainly too expensive for the work that was done.
But even worse have been the replies received from the company to our complaints. They have been rude, unpolite and disrespectful. They do not accept a bad critic. They lied about how they managed our complaints and they lied again about the time to complete the work and amount of people doing the cleaning.
Would definitely not recommend this company.

I had Mike and Danny turn up to do some carpet cleaning at my flat on friday. The service was great. Super friendly, chatted to me about what I could expect with removing some of the stains and they got on with it. No idea what they used but i'm surprised how well all the marks come up. Have used this cleaning service twice - both for full house end of tendency cleaning and they are absolute fantastic. Lovely, friendly team who are clearly very efficient and proud of their work.
Both estate agents have commented on the level of cleanliness and one has even asked for their details as they are so good!!
