I absolutely love this place and the girls that work here. Reena truly goes out of her way to make sure she offers the leading most up to date treatments. They are constantly evolving and really care that customers have a great experience. They may be slightly more expensive than other copy cat salons in preston but you get what you pay for. I notice a few one stars recently with no comments and can't help think it's just a disgruntled ex employee who's a competitor! Im currently having laser treatment on my underarms I can really see the difference just after 4 sessions. The staff and owner are very informative and polite, I can highly recommend them if your thinking of laser hair removal!

Reena and Urvi are totally amazing. The queens of the industry. Gel nails normally lasts me 1-2 weeks having horses. Reena’s last me 4. The hair removal is amazing, it does take time, but is totally worth it and you won’t find the same quality anywhere else. I have visited both salons, the Fulwood is smaller, and has more privacy but equally as gorgeous, clean and full of smiles as the Preston salon. If you want the best customer service, beauticians and products then M:ask is the place for you. I will not go anywhere else. Reena, what can I say. You knew what this meant to me and your customer care and professionalism really showed today. Thank you so much for giving me my Brows back. I did not realise how painless it was going to be. I visited M:ask for the first time today at the Fulwood salon and had Reena, who did my fingers and toes. I rarely have these done and they needed a bit of work and my appointment took longer than booked but Reena was brilliant. I didn't feel rushed at all and she did a brilliant job of my nails. Reena and her team always do an amazing job with all my treatments. I have been coming to this salon since it opened downstairs in a fish bowl! I have Been meaning to right a recent review for ages now. I can’t praise the girls enough. My mum sisters and family have been and love it too. Reena has trained the girls to the best in the industry. Urvshi and the team always look after the customer in Reenas absence. And now with the beautiful gorgeous new premises in Fulwood she has shown her ability to be able to look after both salons and all her old and new staff including all her customers. I would highly recommend Pooja at Mask, St George's for eyebrows and top lip threading. Pooja is very particular, thoughtful and genuinely seeks to offer a bespoke threading service. She carefully goes over her work and asks you to take time to check if you're satisfied. Pooja should offer training on her approach to threading as I've found it can otherwise be rushed and I've lost precious eyebrow hair in this process. Visited M:ask for the first time yesterday for laser hair removal with Reena using the Soprano ice machine. Have had laser before but not using this machine. WOW the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Really detailed initial consultation prior to the treatment starting, Lovely Salon and fantastic therapist. Found the treatment very relaxing which was very different from other laser treatments I have had in the past. Cant wait to see the results.
