Luke is an excellent personal trainer, he helped me so much with feeling comfortable and confident in the gym and also helped to create a personal plan for me in order for me to achieve my goals! He helps to motivate you through the exercises without being aggressive with it and truly makes you feel great about yourself after every session! Luke has been a great motivator and pushes me every session. Luke makes every effort to tailor the perfect workout every session, focusing on my own goals and areas I want to progress on whilst mainting a friendly yet professional relationship. When I started with Luke, I was at a loss at the gym, he's shown me how to correct my own form so I can carry on the workouts outside of session. I have contacted Luke because I wanted to train for a marathon and needed help to improve my running performance, stay focused and motivated. During our 5 months of training Luke has been extremely professional, supportive and fun to work with. A bit apprehensive to start with doing online Personal Training but Luke was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Doing the workout on Zoom was great for convenience and having Luke explain the exercises and demonstrate them as he works in his local gym was such a blessing.
So happy with my results and I highly recommend anyone to try online/remote personal training with Luke. He’s the best in the business and has helped me so much. If you’re looking for a good PT, Luke is your man.

My instructions are clear - I’ll tell you how many reps & sets to do, how much recovery to take, and how heavy to lift. I also do meal plans that are customised to you for your goals.
