Counselling is being offered by Telephone (UK Wide). Sessions are 55 minutes long. For each session you will need to ring my landline or Whats APP at a specific mutually agreed time. Each session is 55 mins long.
The first session is aimed at working out what you are needing from therapy and your future goals.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing how my clients grow and meet their goals over time, I feel honoured and privileged to be alongside their journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in the sporting industry prior and I ended up having a lot of my clients sharing issues with me and i thought it would be useful to do a counselling skills course. The first day I commenced the training I knew it was my passion for life and would like to become fully qualified Counsellor.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a relaxed environment where past clients have been freely able to share their innermost thoughts. I am trustworthy and confidential and most important non-judgemental. I create a safe and caring space.
