My first time meeting with a Spell caster and I have to say, it's really worth it. It had been 6months since my husband left me without saying anything. All thanks to Dr Tunde I was able to connect with my husband again with his powerful reunion love spell and now he loves me more than he used to. Eternally grateful with The Great Dr tunde I highly recommend, His contact details babatundesolutioncentre1@gmail.com or on his WhatsApp number +2348143581382 More...

Karen is a wonderful therapist; very understanding and empathetic and she really helped me overcome some of my biggest challenges. Karen provided me with the tools to help get myself through moments of struggle on my own, a big accomplishment for me. I would highly recommend Karen. More...

I started seeing Karen after suffering with anxiety and depression. I was also at a time when I was changing careers, and at a particularly pivotal and challenging point of my life. I found Karen and her consulting room to be a safe and supportive retreat where I could explore my feelings and challenges. She has gently guided me through my journey, tackling issues from my past, as well as current concerns. I look back on my time with Karen with warmth, which is a surprise considering how I felt emotionally at the time. Even seeing the picture of her room feels me with positivity. Karen is a genuinely warm and caring individual, but also very down to earth, realistic and has a good sense of humour. She will not rush you, and you won’t feel pressured, but at the same time she will guide you through your sessions that will make you feel safe and supported. I have recommended Karen many times and will continue to do so. Thanks Karen. More...

After a tough year with injuries, Life Matters Therapy have been there at every step of the way and really helped me understand my inner thoughts and turn a negative situation into a highly positive outlook. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone and my only regret is that I didn't see anybody sooner - definitely a life changing few months for me! More...

Q&As

I love people, and believe in each person as an individual and completely unique. People have always gravitated towards my nature outside of my career as a therapist, so developing that into a job where I can help and support people is a dream! One of the best parts of my job is being privileged enough to get to know clients on a deeper level. Going on a journey with my clients, and seeing the transformation is truly inspiring. People are so resilient, I am constantly amazed at what we are capable of.

I liked the idea of creating something that was completely mine and would allow me to use many other skills as well as working therapeutically. Feeling pride and achievement from the hard work I put in is really motivating, and I've never been one that needs to be 'managed', so it works well for me. I love the flexible approach to working and being in charge of my own needs, direction and ambitions.

* Someone who cares and is passionate about helping others to create positive change.
