The hand books were of high quality and always fit for purpose full of relevant information. The tutor was knowledgeable on the subject and very supportive when it came to assignments. Studied level 2 Counselling back in February 2017 and now currently studying level 3.Very lucky to have enrolled on this course! The depth of knowledge and experience our course tutor, Sian provides is exceptional. I could have gone with an online course but that would've been a big mistake. The amount of practical, 'hands-on' work has been invaluable. At first, it felt like a lot of effort having to drive to Birmingham after work on a Friday evening but now, I look forward to it. Great great great can’t tell more, tutors are full of experience and in other hand kind, responsible and friendly, I’ve been there since last year for level 3 and as part of learning I had many real genioun counselling sessions and in a safe environment I’ve expressed my emotionals.
