Jenkinsons catered at our wedding at The Ashes in April 2019.We were grateful for the support of us wanting to have a total vegetarian wedding and having our request for a private tasting accommodated (as we live in Melbourne, Australia). All communication was always super prompt and thorough. The food and drinks throughout the night were top notch. The meals were all exactly as we had had in our private tasting, the drinks were always plentiful and staff were all lovely and very professional. Lots of our guests commented on how great all the staff were all night. The amount of vegetarian/vegan and other dietary meals was fantastic and it was so nice to have multiple delicious options for our guests. Jenkinsons were particularly great at their level of care when it came to our severe nut allergy guests. Also to note, there were a few glasses of wine accidently dropped on the dance floor and the staff seemed to appear instantly and clear it up immediately - amazing! The Catering Manager checked in with us the perfect amount of times - not too often and not too little - we really appreciated him taking the time to check in with us. Wow!Food - amazing! Fresh, hot, and so full of flavour.Service - spot on! The food was served to a large wedding, quickly and with zero fuss. The waiting staff were courteous and attentive like catering ninjas. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like royalty. Jenkinson catered our wedding on the 7th July 2018 at Pendrell Hall and they were fantastic!!I must thank Donna as she made sure we had everything we asked for and here was nothing they couldn’t do for us, as we had lots of little extras like fruit and a range of cocktails that needed to be cut up and mixed as well as cutting up what must have felt like thousands of lemons for our tequila shots but they did everything without any issues, they went above and beyond! The food choices too where huge. We mixed two puddings together to create one and it was no problem at all. Also, we had a few last-minute changes to the seating and numbers which was actually after the deadline but they managed to sort it all out, so we didn’t have to pay any extra which was great for us and caused no stress. the number of compliments we had from our wedding breakfast was amazing everyone loved it! Especially the braised beef!! TO DIE FOR! The evening food was lovely too where we had mii fish and chip cones, they were so easy for everyone to eat as we were all scattered around so Jenkinsons brought them round in a vintage wooden crate to everyone. It was such a lovely touch. I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us it was amazing from start to finish.
