We had a problem which stemmed from very poor (almost non existent) service and maintenance by the local firm who installed our alarm system for the previous owner of the property. We were, and felt, effectively abandoned. A morning call to Joe asking for assistance resulted in an early afternoon visit on the same day which resulted in utter relief and complete satisfaction. Joe initially installed my alarm 11 years ago, but I decided on an upgrade ! Joe came and told me what my options, he said I could use my sensors that I already had , so at no point did I feel he was over selling ! I also asked about a cctv system , he came back with a price which was less than I had expected! He came the following week and fitted the cctv and upgraded my alarm, connected it all to my phone and went over it numerous times until I understood and felt confident ! I’m absolutely delighted with both my new alarm & cctv and have already enquired about some extra add on’s such a extra cameras , smoke and carbon monoxide alarms that will link to my phone!What I like best is if there is a problem , you can call Joe and he will come sort it out ASAP Would highly recommend JC security More...

Absolutely fantastic service , from start to finish Joe personalised a CCTV package for me and delivered amazing customer service throughout. The picture quality of the CCTV is unbelievable and how tidy he was and workmanship is second to none. He hid all my wires internally / externally as requested.
