How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I listen to my clients. I find out what has or hasn't worked for them in the past. If we can learn from previous mistakes, we can make sure that we don't repeat them.
I keep track of everything that we do, so we can monitor progress together and celebrate success.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. Its incredibly easy. You must be consistent. Work with a fitness professional and make a 12 week plan. You will be amazed at what can be achieved in only 12 weeks.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people change. Not just a physical change, but to see them grow in confidence, being happier within themselves is a real pleasure.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a genuine passion to help people.
I love to exercise and eat a clean diet and want to pass my passion and knowledge of this onto others.
