James is amazing at technique and is brilliant for explaining how best to work on a certain move.

He is patient and really calming when I get frustrated with a move I’m struggling with.

James is passionate and he has really helped me gain confidence and helped me believe I can lift.

He is one of life’s genuine nice guys and I highly recommend using him to help you.

I couldn’t recommend James highly enough as a PT. Not only is he patient, funny, friendly and knowledgeable, he also really knows when to push you and takes a genuine interest in your fitness journey. Once I have all the necessary infomation I will fomulate the best plan in order to achieve their goals.
You will have daily communication and weekly check-ins. Ensuring you are on track and what we are doing is working, making any changes if needed.

I was very overweight in my teens before I started training. My first few years I didn't have a clue what I was doing, looking back the majority was all wrong.
This made want to help others not make the mistakes I have and put them on the right path from day one.

I offer online coaching which is a fully personalised programme to YOU and YOUR goals along with nutritional guidance.
You will also have daily communication, weekly check-ins and regular changes.
I will be on hand to motive, support and guide you through every step.
