We are a bespoke catering company that works with you to ensure that the buffet is exactly as you wish it to be. We don't make choices for you but give you a variety of dishes for you to choose from so each buffet is made around the client in terms of budget, numbers, dietary requirements, allergies, etc.

So, we started with a few eggplants. We stared at them, stared at each other, and stared back at them. We were completely lost so we did what everyone else would do and ran straight to Nanny (grandma) but she ran to YouTube. so BOOM, we just knew we were in TROUBLE. Indulge Catering, LLC came to the rescue. They were available to come to us and teach us three different ways to make eggplant. (Pictured) Three different filling ways to make it at that! The recipes were healthy and included a delectable blend of seasonings from the Bronx to Asia. Anything new that seems like a lot of effort is usually a turn off for me. Luckily each recipe was easy, healthy, and quick. The food and experience were both out of this world. I cannot wait until my next experience with them! I would highly recommend them for any cooking party, cooking class, or event. The next Time i see a vegetable i don’t eat i will definitely be more open to trying it now. Thanks again! More...

I hired Indulge Catering travel to Maryland, almost 6 hours away from NC, to cater my wedding on 8/11/18! They did an AMAZING JOB! !!! My guests still talk about their cuisine! They made personalized menus and had fancy paperweights that were actually napkins (pardon my ignorance). The appetizer station was delicious with the hummus, veggies tray and shrimp dip, just what we requested! The entree which was family style and it was flavorful, filling, and plated well! The juice station was also a nice touch, their tea was to die for!!! The customer service, the attentiveness, the professionalism is unmatched! I would strongly recommend them! Indulge catered my wedding in August and it was amazing! The food was delicious and probably one of the most talked about item at my wedding. My guests couldn't get enough of the food. Everyone went back for more. The staff was really friendly and helpful and really took the worry and stress off my shoulders. I hired Indulge for my surprise 10th Anniversary Dinner for my wife at our home a couple years back. From my first conversation on the phone with Precious & Jacqueline I knew they were the Private Chefs that I wanted to hire. They are very personable and their communication is excellent. They had created a personalized menu for that evening and the food, no lie, was probably some of the best that my wife and I have ever had! Their Baklava Cheesecake is to die for! From the moment they walked in our home to the time they left they were a blast to work with. They left our kitchen cleaner than what it was when they arrived. They even left us a special card congratulating us on our anniversary. It's the little things (and it doesn't hurt that their food is amazing) that makes this duo truly special. I found out about this place at "Taste of Calgary". It was really interesting to see a catering company at "Taste of Calgary" but really that is a brilliant plan from the owners and the best marketing plan because now more people like me know about them and will remember them. At "Taste of Calgary" this year on the menu they had: - Chicken Satay: 2 skewers, dairy free, gluten free and contains nuts - Smoked Brisket Tostada: pickled kohlrabi and chipolte aioli- Cajun Jumbo Prawn (1) with Plantain Feta Dip- dairy free and gluten free- Vegetarian Samosa with apricot and habanero jelly, vegetarian- Vegetarian Taquito with taco sauce and creme fruit- dairy free and vegetarian This was probably one of my favourite places especially the prawn even though it was just one piece which seemed a little hefty. Ceri and the girls provided the catering for our wedding in August. The extensive menu and the quality of the food was absolutely amazing and was undoubtedly a major highlight of our special day. Setting up and packing away was carried with minimum disruption to the day despite the small venue and the major hiccup with the cooker! The first order I ever placed with Indulge (a couple of years - at least - ago) for an after quarterly meeting mingle (70 + people) was met with many exclamations - between mouthfuls - of how the food was so delicious. I've been ordering from them ever since - every quarter and any other events that I need to have catered. And the response is always the same - plates are licked clean!! What’s your signature dish?
I don't have one signature dish as all my dishes are made from scratch so the flavour is exceptional. Many of my clients choose beef bourguignon or Thai green curry
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask many questions as I make my quotes around my client and don't have set price menus

My enjoyment of cooking and working with people to make their day special whether it is a funeral or a wedding everyday has a lasting memory
