I had never been to bristol before so i had no idea where i was going. I arrived and recieved a professional text message advising me of where to go and also what time the driver would arrive.
The driver was called stelian and he was the most professional taxi driver ive had. We spoke about where i was going and also about my home city (newcastle)
I forgot to book the taxi back to the airport until last minute and i received another text from stelian again asking how my time away was with my girlfriend, this made it more professional and also personal as he remembered exactly what we spoke about 6 days previous. I would highly recommend HexCars to anyone visiting bristol or any locations they cover
