This girl saved our lives! Moving out of a rented house where 2 dogs and 2cats lived so I’m sure you can imagine the carpet when we emptied the house! I have had the help of cleaners in my home for the past four years. Joanne is without doubt my favourite! She is just fabulous. She has a really good work ethic. I trust that when I am not there, she does not cut corners or get away early. She actually LOOKS for what would be helpful for her to do and varies what she does each time to keep the whole place ticking over well. It's not just a surface clean every time with her. She goes the extra mile - I get my blinds cleaned, my skirting boards cleaned or my cooker hood done for example. She is really accommodating and communicative and lets me know exactly what is happening. I feel really comfortable having her around and am really pleased with her cleaning. She uses plenty of cloths each time - I always wonder what people have been doing when they have managed to clean the house with just two cloths lol!
