Open most the time making it easy to go to the gym in my own time. The staff are are great , the gym is always full of motivated people achieving goals and there is good facilities. I Like the fact that the club is local. The opening hours are good, however some of the classes could do with tweeking to allow classes before work and half an hour after work, not everyone wants to book classes @ peak times.
I would like the Management to organize different classes on a regular basis (outside instructors are always good classes).
I am a big fan of the organised PT Camps as they are fantastic for personal motivation and for me they work very well. The PT's are just brilliant and work extremely hard to promote fitness and help us all in our individual goals - well done guys & girls@ Brierley Hill.
I have enjoyed my camp sessions, they are more enjoyable when set up outside of the studio. I think if the camp activities were set up outside the studio, this would free up the studio for more classes.
If there are fewer classes then people will just leave and go to other gyms.

Good gym, well maintained and decent price

Only gripe is that they do not have drinking water.
They have drinks machines for water and protein shakes but i don't believe you should be made to pay for water

A range of classes, though I struggle to get to some, as they start at 5pm, most people who work don't finish until then. A 5:15 or 5:30 start would be much better . I tend to go straight from work as it's near to the gym, and I have young children to collect so my workout time is limited. The main gym area is huge, and I have never struggled to get on the cardio machines like I have at other gyms. The gym and changing rooms are always spotless, no concerns with hygiene. * Very polite staff - they smile and welcome you as you enter.
* Vast amount of equipment. No waiting, plenty for everyone.
* Good hot showers - water is always hot and never runs cold (unless i'm just lucky).
