When I started to train with Ian I wasn’t obese, but definitely had some weight to lose. I had used PTs before but never really felt they helped just interested in getting their money and going! It was clear from the beginning that Ian was extremely knowledgeable about not on exercise but healthy eating and muscular structure etc
What I particularly liked about Ian was that he looked at me as a whole as opposed to giving me some exercises and counting the sets and reps.
Not one to diet, Ian took a look at what I ate and helped me identify what foods I really loved, and which ones that I could live without. Healthy eating plan teamed with a workout regime that actually worked, The result was dropping weight and toning at a pace I was completely comfortable with -I’d recommend Ian to anybody.

I base the backbone of individuals plans, regime or schedules on the principles of a common training strategy.

Once these key elements are identified, I am able to design a programme that will allow you to reach realistic achievements in realistic timeframes without compromising the realistic approach to modern life and family commitments.
However if you are self motivated and have time to spare and wish to propel your goal setting agenda then I can provide a more aggressive approach where Diet and Training can be fine tuned to achieve a more faster and effective result.

Providing a platform for people to achieve a certain look, improve their self esteem and confidence, without all the stereotypical views surrounding personal training and the negative stigma attached to working out.

My aim is to offer each individual a unique personal training regime, that is tailored to suit their specific end goals, lifestyle, budget and availability. I will work flexibly with my clients to work at the gym, home or outdoors; ensuring they are safe, motivated, inspired and challenged.
