I have had a number of problems with dentists over the years and as such was really nervous before coming here. I needed quite a lot of work doing over the last few months and the care and attention i have received here has really changed my whole mindset when it comes to dental work. This is my first google review but I had to do it after my amazing experience with Dental at MediaCity. I came to them after a recommendation from a colleague, needing a new filling ASAP to replace a shoddy one I had had done a few months back. I was nervous of the dentist after my previous awful experience and just wanted expert advice and the problem sorting quickly. The receptionist was welcoming, chatty and reassuring from the first minute and this only continued once inside the room with Deepa. I very rarely write reviews but really felt I had to given the level of care and treatment I experienced at Media City Dental.
To echo the sentiments of previous reviews, the customer service is absolutely outstanding.
Front desk were always really pleasant and offered drinks if I had a wait in the lobby. The entire place is very clean and modern and very easy to get to, it's literally part of a car park.
A special mention as well to my dentist Ahmed who was so friendly, helpful and professional. I didn't feel a single bit of pain over my 4 visits and he's a lovely bloke. Hope yourself and the wife get a trip to Ireland soon!

I was very self-conscious of my teeth growing up, but after the work that's been done by Dental, I'm so proud of them that I can't stop smiling! The service that Deepa and her team provide has been excellent, with a thorough explanation of options at the outset, the fantastic results themselves and the attentive aftercare since. I’ve been going here since it first opened and the service has always been outstanding. I’m a very apprehensive patient but Deepa and the team put me right at ease.
My last amalgam filling I had replaced with a white one looked just like a real tooth when finished.

Over the moon with the results! Had my 6 month smile braces on for 7 month and my teeth are now a perfect arches. Deepa is amazing the results could not have been better.
