I’ve been a Personal Trainer for just over two years now and I love every minute of it!
Based at TheGym Aylestone Rd, Leicester, I work with a range of people mainly focused on building muscle and losing fat.
I however specialise in helping others build muscle and confidence, all whilst creating long-lasting habits that will help along the way!

Dan's a great personal trainer, who really helped me develop my confidence and comfortability in the gym. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We start with the consultation by discussing your goals and what they mean to you. A combination of personalised training sessions and nutritional guidance (if required), along with extra help and support outside the gym will then get you headed towards those goals in no time. Everyone is different, so we will find what works for you in a way that fits your lifestyle nicely!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. If you do the right things and stick to it, there’s really no way you can fail!
What do you love most about your job?
Nothing compares to the feeling of helping someone change their life for the better. That’s why I do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always been sporty. This translated more into the gym side of things and working on my own self. Combining the want to help people with my passion of fitness gave me the perfect reason to start what I do.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
You can choose if you would prefer to wear a face covering when having your training sessions. We also have cleaning and hand sanitiser stations throughout the gym to keep you and the kit clean.
