I cannot recommend and thank the team at Crowbank enough for looking after our babies Isaac and Logan. From the minute I made the booking to the familiarisation meetings and dropping the dogs off I was so impressed. The staff were professional, caring and genuinely spent time getting to know our boys. They remembered which dog was which, the fact that Logan loves a back scratched and that Isaac knows who has the treats!! The girls even kept them looking handsome by brushing them! I was extremely anxious about leaving our dogs as they’ve never been near a kennel but they adapted very well and settled brilliantly. The photos of the dogs just show how happy they were at Crowbank and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them in again. Thank you Crowbank, Isaac and Logan have found a forever holiday hotel! More...

Very caring and knowledgeable owners and staff. Took great care of our dog when he became unwell during the recent hot weather whilst we were on holiday. They did not hesitate to involve the vet when it was necessary, safeguarding his health and ensuring his recovery. We were kept fully informed throughout his illness. My two nine month old pups recently had their first kennel stay ever at Crowbank Kennels. It was clear from when I arrived to drop them off that they were going to have a great time and they left me without a backward glance. Fiona and Eran posted photos of them during them during the week so that I could see they were doing well. Almost had to persuade them to come back home with me. Just collected our girl (a big powerful, excitable, play loving GSD) from Crowbank after our annual holiday. She goes to Crowbank whenever we are away. I know I say this every time we collect her but this place is amazing. She actually whimpers if we pass the entrance to the kennel in the car. She loves it . I Can not recommend crowbank enough. I was a very nervous owner the first time my puppy Rambo came to crowbank. He absolutely had the best time. They look after him so well. They also put up pictures of Rambo and that spoke volumes. He was having the time of his life. He has just had his second holiday at crowbank, and I’m sure he’s looking forward to his next holiday next month. Fiona, Eran and staff took really good care of Buster! We put him into kennels for two weeks and he’s just the same amazing dog when we picked him up as when we dropped him off! (With our past dogs in other kennels they have came back thinner, unhappy and scared)! Buster is a rescue dog which made me really worried about him being in kennels, as he’s spent most his life in kennels and can have separation anxiety! But he was absolutely great and he loves the staff which is a bonus as he can sometimes he scared of other dogs and people! They are so understanding and encouraged us to take him up there to visit before his stay so he could see it was okay and we would be back for him! I really can’t thank them enough! Jax and Junior spent 2 long weeks away from Mummy and Daddy and looked great in the photos posted on Facebook by Flona . well impressed with the staff and set up and would recommend to anyone who love thier dogs as they will be well looked after. Normally when I pick the boys up it's straight home for a bath a good shampoo however on this occasion both had Defo been brushed and cleaned answers smelling great. the boys will Defo be back again as I have piece of mind that they r getting looked after and getting play/ walk time. Just collected our collie/poodle cross after her first weekend stay at Crowbank. We were very impressed with the professional approach and sincere interest the staff have, with the animals. The set-up is clean and spacious. Our dog was in very good spirits after her stay and we are reassured that she was well looked-after. Communication with the owner has been excellent. Booked in again for two weeks in October. Very, very pleased with the kennels and thank you to Eran and the staff. And, just to mention, we live 75 miles from Cumbernauld! More...

Our little spoiled Yorkie just loves coming here, they are just such lovely people and animals always come first ,they even cook chicken ,liver anything just as long as the dog or cat eat ,my fat spoiled cat is a horror, and they are fabulous with her and our little dog always makes a friend and he now doesn't run away from dogs anymoe . We were a bit anxious at putting our dogs into kennels , as the older boy is a rescue dog and our young female has never been part3d from us, we need not have worried , both dogs settled in well and were looked after by a very friendly and professional group, picked our dogs up this morning both were a pic of health and very happy , and smelled lovely lol. We are very happy with our first experience of Crowbank Kennels and we will definitely use them again . Absolutely 100% recommend Crowbank Kennels. The staff make every effort to find out your dog’s needs prior to their stay, knowing that each dog is individual with different personalities and behaviours. Their love and experience of working with dogs is evident making it easy to leave your dog in their care. 100% will leave our fur babies here when we go on holiday. We left our much loved Bear (Rottweiler) and Butch (Domestic cat) in the care of Crowbank while we went on holiday for 15 nights. I really panic when leaving Bear as I have trust issues, this stems from the stigma of the breed and lack of understanding of the breed. However, after meeting with Crowbank and their interaction with Bear my mind was put at ease and I knew I could relax about his level of care. They took time asking about both cat and dog, foods they prefer, eating habits etc. Both Bear and Butch have left the kennels in fantastic shape. Bears coat is beautiful and he is a happy boy (he came out a previous kennel looking broken). Butch has put on a little weight which was required as he had lost an unhealthy amount. One less thing to worry about!My wife and I viewed many catteries north of Glasgow and Crowbank was miles in front of any of them. We have been using this cattery for a few years now. The space for our pet is ample with a little mezzanine floor in the pens. The owners and staff quite obviously love the animals they care for and our wee cat Simba always returns to us happy and healthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crowbank to look after your pet. It is truly a fun holiday camp for dogs. My little Louis loves his vacations there. We use Crowbank every year. The best Kennels, the best love, care and attention you could ever want from Eran & Fiona and the wonderful team when you have to leave your furbabies. Fiona is a trained vetinary nurse and always has your doggy’s well-being as no1 priority so you can be assured they are in safe hands. They show so much love to all doggies. After using Home Boarding services and having to find kennels at the last minute having been let down I can honestly say I would never send my wee dog anywhere else. Picked up our pupper yesterday and he had a fantastic time at Crowbank! He was a bit frightened to start with as it was his 1st time in the kennels but they looked after him so well even letting him move in with them for a couple of days lol. The staff are fantastic and look after the dogs superbly. I have always put my dogs in Crowbank and would never use anywhere else due to peace of mind and knowing that my dog is in the best hands. Our boys stayed at Crowbank last week. They are 15 month old lab brothers and a handful! This did not seem to phase the lovely owners or their staff. ..we were welcomed with opened arms even after they both had a 'wee' accident in reception! Not a great start but all dealt with quietly and efficiently! Our boys came home healthy and happy and smelling beautiful....thank you for your excellent care of our two boisterous dogs!
