What do you love most about your job?
Meeting with different clients every day, and learning about their businesses. It is great to be able to provide help and advice.
The biggest "kick" is seeing a client doing really well, and being able to expand his or her business into bigger premises or new markets.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been involved in small business, both on my own account and through friends and family. I have always been inspired by the ideas, spirit and real hard work and sacrifices that those running small businesses put into their dream.
I have always fancied running my own small business, even when working in large ones!
When the chance came, I felt I wanted to be part of it all, and in a small way, be able to help small business prosper in Sunderland and the North-East region. I am passionate about my city, and I believe that a thriving small business sector is fundamental to its re-generation. It is great to be part of that
