Elias responded promptly to the ad and came on a Sunday afternoon to take a look and give a quote. He explained me why the rising damp might have happened and the remedy for that.
He gave me a good quote and he was confident of the work he would do. His company gives a 10 years warranty on the job they undertake.
He came the next day to do the job and did everything he had mentioned earlier. It was a half a day job but now I know I won't have any damp problems for the next 10 years.
I would definitely recommend Elias and Central property improvements Egham for damp proofing.
