What inspired you to start your own business?
I would have benefitted from coaching when I struggled to build a career in my first job. A good coach could have helped me to achieve the performance at work, to get desired results, cutting through the main obstructions. A lot of frustration, lack of direction, trying to please everybody, weak goals, wasted time and reduced opportunities that need never have been.
A good, challenging coach could have helped me concentrate on what mattered, build healthy relationships, develop a positive mindset, and earn more money instead of being pulled in all directions.
The expensive alternative was progressing through trial and error, overwork, high stress and anxiety, some wasted years and little to show for it. Sometimes learning through the school of hard knocks is over-rated.
I have set up my own coaching business as I'm determined to help as many people as I can to avoid these situations, to work with them on what matters in their lives, realising their potential, removing the obstacles that held them up and living lives with inspiration, meaning, growth, fulfilment and happiness.

Although I have worked in coaching for 18 years I have only started with Bark.com from 1st September 2020. I bring a wide range of coaching experience and even more importantly, life experiences so my clients are encouraged, supported and challenged in ways that enable them to set useful goals, question reality, choose options and decide and commit to actions that result in changes, progress and the lifestyle that you really want.
