I love the interaction with different personalities I come across. It makes my otherwise routine day at work fun and different. Most of my friends now are people I worked on client site with or for.

I worked too long for a Big-Four Consultancy where you are told where to travel, where to work and how long for. Now I want to use all the great skills the Consultancy firms taught me on my terms. I want to work with people I like and enjoy spending time with and make a difference while I do so.

My personable and approachable personality will put clients at ease. I am professional but reasonably quirky to keep you interested! And while I make my work enjoyable, I deliver excellent standard work to time and budget.

Services

Create a polished business case tailored to your and/or your investors' requirements.

All business cases have supporting cost and revenue profiles, you can decide on the level of detail you need.

We provide advice and support even after we have sent you your business case to help you get started.

If you have been operating for a while and need to find areas to improve, we can do that with you. We start with the back-office processes, such as Finance and make sure non-value adding activities are removed unless they are required by regulation.

We work on this with you so we get savings for you quickly and ones which you can sustain after we are gone.
