I came to Danielle after having my second child by c-section. Being a fitness instructor myself and being told I couldn’t participate in exercise after my second trimester hit me hard. Then being told I couldn’t exert myself or participate in any exercise until at least 6 weeks after having my c-section. This not only took a physical impact on my body but a mental impact on me too. Danielle is so passionate and knowledgeable. I knew I had to have her train me and help get me back to my pre pregnancy self, both physically and mentally. After just 3 weeks of one to one sessions with extra support, I’ve seen huge differences already. I’m very very excited to see us working together to get myself back to pre pregnancy Sam. Being a mum and working full time makes committing to specific times for pt sessions near impossible. But with Danielle's online coaching I have been able to follow her programs and nutrition plan, gain advice and guidance as and when I needed it and receive good feedback regularly. I would highly recommend Danielle she is very knowledgeable and extremely good at tailoring workouts to suit personal goals and aims. I started training with my sister and Lee from Ascend just 10 weeks ago, and in such a short space of time I've noticed big differences! I've signed up to many gym memberships in the past, only to quit a few weeks later from boredom and lack of motivation! I don't think I'm ever going to get bored of Ascend as Lee designs our 1:2 sessions to fit our individual abilities, keeping us interested and pushing harder each week. Absolutely love Danielle, best PT I've ever had. She really takes time to cater to your lifestyle so you make long lasting life changes. She isn't about giving you stupid diet plans where you eat nothing but she try's to educate you into what is the right way to look after you body to get the best out of it. Training with her is hardcore, she pushes you hard, everytime you go it is a different routine and you never really know what to expect. I recommend her to all my friends and customers.
