Amanda King healing

As a coach tour driver i drive all over the UK and Europe, i am behind the wheel for many hours at a time and with the loading and unloading of luggage, the driving position etc, etc i was in pain from the tip of my toes to the top of my head for many years. I first visited Amanda a few years ago and was glad i did, as i have a had pain free time since then. I came back from holiday almost unable to walk and with extreme pain in my shoulders, back and hips. Amanda took the time to find out my injury history (quite significant after 42 years playing rugby! ) and commenced a plan to firstly make movement less painful with an end goal of making me pain free. Did it hurt - yes it did at first, was it worth it - every penny. Now I am able to do something as simple as look over both shoulders to see what is there, rather than having to turn. I had a No Hands massage with Amanda yesterday and it was wonderful. Amanda is a wonderful therapist. She is always very aware of how the client is feeling and makes sure you are comfortable. She follows the treatment with you throughout and you know that you are really looked after and in the hands of someone who really knows their craft and cares. Been going to see Amanda for treatment for over 3 years, most recent to treat heel spurs. This condition is quite painful and is quite difficult to treat. However due to Amanda's skillful technique and persistence I am recovering. I have also had successful treatment for back and shoulder strains due to overdoing training. My first ever massage, and I didn't know what to expect. Amanda is amazing. She is very friendly and really made me feel comfortable. She spent time with me so she could understand my needs and what I expected from the therapy. The therapy itself was incredible! She really knows what she's doing. I have been going to AK Therapies now for 11 weeks, after a friend recommended Amanda. Having injured my shoulder doing gym work for 30 years on and off, and not stretching, Amanda was able to ascertain where she was going to start. I am now able to sleep at nights again, and I am sure with more treatments I will eventually be fixed, my biggest hurdle to compliment my treatments, is to be doing the stretches every day, but I am sure , with Amanda's guidance I will get there. After visiting many different physios, chiropractors and massage therapists without much joy I found AK Therapies and haven't looked back since. The treatments I have received are first class, in particular deep tissue massage for myself. The results are far better than any other massage therapist I've been to.
