my name is Adam Marc Williams and I’m a fashion and beauty photographer.
I’m based in Manchester mainly but travel a lot for my photography and visit London on a regular basis.

I could romanticise a story about how I was born with a camera around my neck and my first word was aperture but that would be a load of bollocks. Truth is I spent the first ten years of my adult life working in I.T sales & management positions. It didn’t teach me much about exposure and composition but I did learn how to communicate with clients and manage a team effectively.

I finally decided it was time to let my creative side free 4-5 years ago and haven’t looked back since.

I describe my style as graphic, gritty with a touch of grunge and I specialise in helping brands produce look-books and campaign images for their marketing as well as shooting editorials for magazines.

I do a lot of work with hair & beauty brands and had some recent success helping a Toni & Guy salon reach the regional finals of Wella’s Trend Vision competition.

I also helped RDX Sports by photographing a series of campaign images featuring Amir Khan for their re-launch and created a fashion inspired marketing campaign to launch the fantastic lifestyle brand Swifty Scooters. I mention these to demonstrate that the heart of fashion photography can be applied to more than just clothes.

One of my favourite quotes is “Commercial Photography is about selling a Product whilst Fashion Photography is about selling a Brand” and this is something I strive to achieve with all of the clients I work with.
