What do you love most about your job?
Helping people take control of what they want professionally and personally.
I love seeing my clients get the results they want. Often my clients feel at a crossroads - be it in their business, careers or in their personal life. Through my tools and techniques, we get clear on the outcome needed and then work together to make it happen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working on other people's businesses for 20 years and making them a success, I felt something was missing. I had enjoyed my career, but had an itch to do something with more purpose and I had always enjoyed coaching my teams and seeing the results, so I decided I'd become a qualified and accredited Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner.

I have 20 years of business and coaching experience , which gives me the intuition to ask the right questions to get results quickly. I have navigated the same challenges as my clients - starting a new business, changing careers and wanting to develop myself personally.
I believe you can have the best idea in the world, but you need the right thinking, to be able to master the detail and have accountability - all the things I bring as a coach.
I switch between being a coach, mentor and consultant to get pace behind your results. All my successful clients have my online CURVE plan, so they can track and measure their successful outcome and goals month-on-month. I'm one of few coaches who measures your success, so you can see the value of your coaching experience with me.

I coach most of my clients online, but I'm happy to travel depending on location. I'm London based but have coached people as far as brazil.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid lockdowns, all my coaching went online. I'm now traveling to see clients and I agree in advance with whom I'm seeing what is needed to keep safe.
