I was following Jen for about a year before I took the leap to try the 21 day fix programme at the end of October 18. I have to say I have never looked back. The programme is amazing and gets you results and Jen as my coach has been so supportive and inspiring. I’ve now done several rounds of 21 day fix and I’ve nearly finished 80 day obsession which is again a brilliant programme, so far my weight loss is 19lbs and 29inches!! Massive thank you to the glow party team for hosting my daughters 10th birthday party.
The kids had a wonderful time and were entertained the whole time.
