Amazing customer service experience at the highest level, and very reasonably priced insurance products. After some initial miscommunication with a couple of reps regarding the purchase of a policy, I simply emailed them feedback about my difficulty and was ready to move on. However, Mr. Zain personally contacted me and managed my complaint in a highly professional and gracious manner. I think the management really cares about their customers, and this matters. The Death of my child in 1983, and being left with huge bills to pay, I open the first Insurance Company to cover Medical Insurance for Visitors to the USA in 1985. Since then we have grown to become an agency that recognizes service and understands the importance of a customer.
