Great trainer, tailors everything to your specific body. Very detailed and perfect at creating balance in you muscles. 10 sessions keep you accountable and on track, maintaining regular workouts becomes a really great habit that sticks with you. He imworks with you muscle by muscle and you can feel the difference immediately after a single session. The gym is also very nice in the heart of downtown Hinsdale and all of the owners and trainers are very kind. I am signed up to also do kickboxing there now, starting soon. It is the most important aspect of the human experience. Health of the body, leads to health of the mind. Having an escape and outlet is essential for happiness.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help them achieve their goals by giving them the tools necessary to succeed. Expertise, motivation, and passion are needed in order to make change.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret other than consistency and smart training. Being an athlete myself, I have found out the most effective measures in order to tone up, loose weight, and improve posture.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can make friends from all walks of life, and help people become happier. Sometimes I feel I am more of a counselor than a trainer lol.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have the best tools and want to offer it to the world in the most effective way. A box gym is more interested in a check than a personalized experience.
Why should our clients choose you?
I treat each client as their own person. Each client has their own unique schedules, goals, injuries, needs, and outside responsibilities. I do not just make a basic program for each person as most trainers do.
