The opportunity to offer to people having problems with their relationship, whether at work or at home, a way forward that can build bridges and renew trust.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As an HR Consultant specialising in Employee Relations, I have seen people going through formal procedures at work that really should never have come about. If there had been an earlier opportunity to talk, the cost and emotional damage to both parties could have been avoided.
