Lisa is an excellent teacher. As someone who had previous yoga experience and occasional practice at home person, I found her classes catered for the novice, as well as adding additional complexity for those who felt ready for it. We all enjoyed experimenting with many different poses. It was wonderful to watch my flexibility improve, as the flexibility of those around me over the course of the sessions. Lisa provided a comfortable, safe environment for everyone, and made it fun too. :-) More...
