After loosing all of our telephone numbers and lines back in July for over 24 hours on one of Julys busiest weekend when Vibe Telecoms system went down, we lost loads of customers, and drivers, and nearly went out of business. We didn't get an apology or any compensation from them. After running into problems with our pbx, we contacted Yestech, after initial discussions with Bill over a few phone calls, Richard connected remotely to our PC and pbx, 30 mins later, hey presto all up and running perfectly. Yestech is a fantastic alternative to the mainstream companies such as BT. We moved away from BT to yestech and it was a very smooth transition and the people who are still looking after our cloud system which we were provided a fantastic.
