I have been using Helping Hands for almost two years now, and Karolina has become a wonderful helper with my domestic cleaning needs. Not only does she bring hard work and attention to details, she is also never short of a smile and is ALWAYS extremely punctual. She is very friendly and does her utmost to maximise the whole two hours assigned for working on my flat, using her own initiative to find little jobs to do when spare time is available. Happy to sing the praises of this excellent company. The best thing about Helping Hands is that they always let you know what's happening: if your cleaner is delayed, they let you know; if your cleaner's going on holiday, they let you know and find a suitable replacement. This is such a huge plus in these days of lousy communication. The cleaners themselves are pleasant and efficient and punctual, and do the job. I have been using the services of Helping Hands now for over a year and I am very happy with my one-off cleans and the ongoing bi-weekly clean. I find the text alerts that give advance really helpful. Sometimes I insert an extra clean in between the regular slot. This is never a problem and the team consistently deliver good customer service over the phone to quickly deal with the requests. The manager has also organised sickness cover at the last minute – meaning I still had a cleaner on the day, which is crucial as I am so strapped for time. If I know I am going to have a busy weekend or if visitors are coming, it means I can free-up my time to do other important stuff.The cleaners have always been punctual and friendly. My regular cleaner is conscientious about her work. She has the initiative to get on with what needs to be done.
