I help my clients hit their fitness goals by giving them monthly fitness tests and challenges and taken measurements and fort nightly weigh ins.
I text my clients regularly on weekends to motivate and support them as the weekends is where most of the takeaways and alcohol are consumed.

There is no great secret, just dedication and consistency.
80% is pure diet and 20% training.
I take care of the diet plan and training sessions but it's up to you to stick to it and that is the hardest part as we all have temptations in our lives.

I love helping people hit their goals, it's very rewarding.
I love meeting new people and changing how they feel about food and training.
I also love that it helps me stay motivated to train too.
It's a great job.

My daughter and wife inspired me to start my own business as it gave me the opportunity to pick my days and times to work, so I could spend time with my wife and look after my daughter when my wife worked as childcare was quite tough to get.

I'm an easy going person and very easy to get on with and I've been very overweight in the past so I can relate to my clients 100% over weight issues.
