Xenia Motif provided full service wedding planning and execution for our two events in Paris (large ecclectic party) and Wengen, Switzerland (small romantic tea party and dinner). Having worked in the wedding industry for many years, and being a passionate traveller, I am constantly inspired by different cultures, nature, history. Planning a destination wedding is a challenging task, and I wanted to help couples create this perfect experience

From the overall vision to the smallest detail — Xenia Motifs take care of all aspects of planning a perfect wedding, We begin by scouting that dream wedding venue you always wanted, then carefully sourcing and managing selected vendors, managing timelines and budget, overseeing creative vision and orchestrating the wedding on the day.

We create detailed mood boards, gather a creative team of artists and vendors, coordinate their work, bringing in a lot of details to create a wholesome cohesive vision to your event.
