Joe Snowdon is the most professional recruiter I've worked with. Through him, I was able to land my dream role which had eluded me for years. While he was working on my role, he continually liaised with the hiring client on my behalf, ensuring that I was seen as an invaluable candidate during the screening process. Matt found me my new job just a couple of weeks ago. Matt was very good at thinking outside the box, not only looking for opportunities closely related to my skills/experiance, but also searching for positions that were based on our conversations. Matt understood that I was very interested in new and upcoming tech and so he arranged interviews for me with companies that fit that bill. I will be doing React Native for the first time, which was something we had discussed as an upcoming technology, and was I had been keeping an eye on for some time.I was very happy with the level of contact and also with Matt's knowledge of technical concepts/jargon. I would like to strongly recommend Chloe, a recruiter specialising in the construction commercial sector to anyone looking to make the move in a quick, easy and relaxed manner. She secured me 5 telephone and 3 face-to-face interviews before any other recruiter had even got an employer on the phone. She contacted me almost everyday, updating me on new prospective employers whilst ensuring I was on top of my interview schedule when things got a bit mad. Matt patiently took my case to find a suitable job for me. I don't think anyone could have found any better one! It's not only what I have always wanted to work of but also is a very nice company, I'm being payed very well and my coworkers are really kind and we always have a good time at the office; the job is challenging however I am able to solve the problems because my skills are the ones needed. I can also feel that I can grow inside the company and the subject I work about is football which I have a huge passion about. During the process, Matt was always asking how I was feeling and checking if everything was going well, not only before and during the interviews with the companies but also after I join them. The company seems very happy with my performance and skills and I would recommend people seeking for jobs to contact X4 group; and if you are a software engineer or android developer, do not hesitate in ask for Matt! For companies, X4 group takes seriously the process of finding the right employee. I haven't received many calls from X4 which I might guess that they focus on finding the right candidate for the company and not just spreading the job opportunities to every person they might come across.
