My daughter and I have been today and I must say how much we enjoyed ourselves. Helpful and friendly staff, kim did a fantastic massage and the young lady who did my nails did a grand job considering they are so short. Lunch was lovely and the whole package was, we thought, good value for money, as we could use the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The cocktail on arrival was an added bonus. Lovely day More...

I shall be honest when I got to the spa I thought it was a little dated from others I have been to, but I have to say what a GEM! The Staff were fantastic & could not do enough for our group. My treatments were amazing the Stone massage was Devine 10 out of 10 I then went on to have the microbrasion again 10 out of 10 my skin looked & felt amazing & even my husband commented on my skin. Today I visited one of the most friendly and accommodating Spas ever. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with wonderful service and a warm manner.
Straight away given a tour of the facilities and then left to relax with a lovely cuppa and piece of delicious cake. The atmosphere all day was very relaxed and we were able to enjoy the facilities at our leisure between treatments. The massage I received made me feel like I could sleep for a hundred years and the facial left me feeling rejuvenated. We made use of the sauna which we had to ourselves which was nice and the outdoor pool and hot tubs were very inviting.
The pedicure was expertly done and the highest quality polishes were used. The staff were helpful and chatty and made you feel like you were amongst friends. I enjoyed a cocktail while reading a magazine and getting a foot massage, you may think I spent a fortune but I didn’t the prices were so reasonable and I was advised honestly about which treatments I would benefit from and there was no hard sell, they genuinely wanted me to have a good time. Lunch was affordable and yummy, id go back again just for their gourmet fries alone! My vegetarian friend raved about their goat’s cheese and cranberry tart.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a day being pampered and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. It’s a beautiful location with the warmest staff.
