I've been using m6fytness on and off for almost 2 years now and each time the results have been amazing. Initially I just needed to get back into shape, get my strength and fitness back. Which was all done within 6 weeks. The results from training were the quickest I've ever had. The best result was my back and core which are now so strong and best of all my back no longer aches in the morning!

I started re-training again with Andy recently and have put on 3kg in muscle with weight training. What ever goal I have in mind, Andy has always helped me acheive it.

My wife has been training with Andy and has also had a total turn around in her fitness, body shape and attitude to excersise as a result.

Using m6fytness has total changed the way I look at my training and how I train. The service Andy provides is professional, friendly, personal and great value for money. Very highly recommended.

We book Andy for a staff boot camp session and I also have the occasional 1:1 session with him. Each workout is varied but tailored to meet individual needs or requirements. i contacted andy at m6fytness for home training as with my work i can be very time poor at times.I am now a total convert thesessions are fun and varied but effective and the work gets done.I can,t not train now as the gym turns up on my doorstep I,ve experienced really good results and will continue to use m6fytness in the future yours mike More...
