I've been using m6fytness on and off for almost 2 years now and each time the results have been amazing. Initially I just needed to get back into shape, get my strength and fitness back.
Which was all done within 6 weeks. The results from training were the quickest I've ever had. The best result was my back and core which are now so strong and best of all my back no longer aches in the morning!
I started re-training again with Andy recently and have put on 3kg in muscle with weight training. What ever goal I have in mind, Andy has always helped me acheive it.
My wife has been training with Andy and has also had a total turn around in her fitness, body shape and attitude to excersise as a result.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've trained my whole life. Ex military and ex rugby league player. I've been through obesity following surgery severe injury and illness. I know where the clients are coming from.
