I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist, accredited with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and National Counselling Society (NCS).
My experience is in depression, anxiety, addictions, bereavement, relationships, loss, and many other of life's difficulties that sometimes represent challenges to us from being able to lead the lives which we would like for ourselves.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to be able to feel fulfilled, which is very rewarding, by being able to make a real difference to peoples' lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration is to be able to provide an invaluable service to be able to help people to be able to lead the lives, which they would like for themselves.

I am friendly, approachable, and can offer honesty and genuineness, and I am aware that the relationship formed is important to being able to achieve your aims from counselling.
