I recently use WOW to rent a skeeball machine that was to be a surprise for my wife-to-be at the cocktail hour of our wedding. Every bit of the experience was perfect. Very quick response after the initial inquiry. They worked with the venue directly when it came to questions about delivery. (The venue is part of a state park so there were some logistic issues that needed to be worked through) The day-of was seamless and the machine worked perfectly and looked great. I threw my wife a surprise birthday party and hired WOW Entertainment to provide some arcade games. During the planning process WOW asked all of the right questions regarding which games to rent for her party. I picked Skeeball, Pacman Battle Royale, Pop-A-Shot & a new game called WAK IT BAK, which is like the old Whac-A-Mole game, and all were a hit! While the kids that were there played a lot, it was the adults that played the most! What impressed me the most was how WOW didn't just work with me on the arcade game rentals. They asked questions about the logistics of the event, since it was a surprise party, the timing of the delivery and where to park the truck so that she would not see it when she arrived. We came to know Joe at WOW through a happy coincidence prior to our first son's bar mitzvah, and we used his company for that bar mitzvah, plus our 2 daughters' bat mitzvahs. Every time was a little different, with something fun and special, which added a freshness to each party. The kids had a blast each and every time. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we have stayed in touch since that first contact, and are now looking forward to working with him for our youngest child's bar mitzvah next year.
