I would highly reccommend Darren aka Worzel as a top quality tradesman. He refelted, battoned and tiled our roof last summer and did an excellent job. His quote was very competitive and although we had to wait a while for him to become available it was worth it. He arrived early and cracked on and has done a great job. A man of few words he is professional, honest, hard working and won't rip you off.Recently I contacted him to ask if he would look at a chimney on a different property and he quickly obliged, charging only a few quid. I live in a 200 year-old cottage in a conservation area. Before getting quotes, I got recommendations from different tradespeople in my area and Worzel's was one I heard most often. Darron impressed me when he came to look at the property because he was one of the few who wanted to look in the loft, and he was willing to solve the problem of restricted access to the back garden whereas some roofers refused to quote because of it. When it came to doing the work, Darron and his team were reliable, conscientious and careful, and always cleaned up well after themselves. Whatever unforeseen problems arose (always possible in old properties), he dealt with them promptly and at no extra cost.
