Finding a reliable, trustworthy and quality developer team is incredibly frustrating. I have wasted countless hours using platforms like Freelancer, posting a task and then looking for a needle in a haystack. Luckily, through recommendation, I came across WWT a few years ago. Our first project together was a fairly complex marketplace. To me, communication is key - it prevents misunderstandings. I quickly discovered the professional approach the WWT team takes. Based in Switzerland, we are fanatical about organization, so it took a while for both sides to figure each other out. Today, two years later, I can look back at dozens of successful projects we have accomplished together. These are all WordPress based, lots of them with WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. This is where WWT, in my opinion, is incredibly strong. The team has been helpful in customizing functions or coding completely new plugins, designed specifically for my clients. Also, I recall four situations, where the guys at WWT solved major issues that even the plugin creators themselves had not been able to resolve. I appreciate that they think, before they act. Sometimes they tell me straight to my face, that there is a better way. I can rely on their judgment and often say to them, just do what you think is best.Most importantly, thanks to this relationship that has developed over the past few years, I have substantially increased my customer base. Before meeting WWT, each time a client made a unique request, I had to research and figure out if and how it would be possible. Today, I just pass it on to WWT. This has dramatically improved my business and has enabled me to acquire bigger, better customers. I want to personally and publicly thank the guys at WWT for their continued services, their patience with my sometimes confusing requests and for being readily available when I needed it mosts. And to anyone looking for a good developer team, well, I genuinly recommend you contact them.
